Pollinator Program
for
Grades 3-5
Explore the fascinating world of pollinators!
Why are hexagons the best shapes for bees? Which bees are native to North America? How did the others get here? What makes a moth different from a butterfly? How do bats communicate?
Upper elementary students are ready to take action!
At this age, students are more aware of the world around them, and are ready to take a deeper dive into the dynamic world of pollinators. They are curious and eager to learn more about the complex lives of these vital creatures. Even more importantly, students in this age group are ready and able to bee-come advocates for the protection of our mighty pollinators.
With the right nourishment the seed of knowledge will flourish!
